The single user license is a perfect fit for smaller businesses or support organisations where there is only one dedicated outbound support person. The license holder can nominate up to 3 devices they wish to connect from using Their TeamViewer credentials. The license has 1 dedicated channel meaning that the license holder can only use 1 device at a time to start their outbound connection. In conversation with the customer, it is important to understand how the user will be accessing TeamViewer, as this license type is device based, it is not recommended to nominate a device which is a server. Better practice is to nominate a device that will connect to the server. NB This is the only license type for TeamViewer where the user has to nominate devices from which to connect, if the customer needs more flexibility or there are multiple users for TeamViewer it is recommended to start with a Premium or above license type.
